1. Privacy & Data Protection
VoiceBill stores only the business profile, customer contact/GST details, invoice line items, and payment references you enter to generate and manage your documents. Voice speech-to-text uses your browser's built-in SpeechRecognition API when you tap the microphone. Tenant data is strictly isolated per authenticated account.
2. Terms of Service & Tax Responsibility
Suppliers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of item descriptions, HSN/SAC codes, GSTINs, tax rates (CGST/SGST/IGST), and bank/UPI payment settlements before issuing tax documents or receipts.
Starter Free includes up to 5 documents at ₹0. Pro Solo is ₹299 per 30-day period and Agency Team is ₹1,499 per 30-day period. Paid plans do not auto-debit via UPI; you may cancel or downgrade to Free at any time from the Plans & Billing screen. For duplicate or erroneous subscription transfers, contact support within 7 days with your 12-digit UTR reference.
4. Self-Service Data Deletion & Contact
You can permanently delete your account, invoices, customer records, and session tokens at any time under Business, GST & Security → Permanently Delete Account & Data, or by contacting support@voicebill.app.
